Bringing you an immersive, interactive and motivational experience!
We pride ourselves in innovating and bringing ideas to life and we have to say PRAMA is one of our best yet! We might be a long way from the hustle and bustle of city gyms, but we've lead the way for introducing this brand new technology into health and fitness studios. We were in fact the first to open a PRAMA studio in the UK.
* 21 spaces per class
This fantastic state of the art technology will open your eyes to a whole new world of health and fitness training. The real beauty of PRAMA is that it's:
Fun - You often forget you're working out as you immerse yourself in the lights and the sounds.
Unique - Every session is different.
All abilities - It really offers something for everyone, no matter your age, weight or size, PRAMA just gets you moving at a pace that suits you!
The PRAMA studio boasts an intelligent interactive flooring system with integrated LED lights controlled by touch screen technology. A great way to smile and sweat at the same time. Due to it being versatile and creative there really is no limit to what workouts you can perform in the studio.
It's perfect for older age participants seeking a lower impact workout and those wanting to improve other areas such as balance, co-ordination, agility, or even budding athletes seeking to take their training to the next level. It can also be incorporated into your existing routines to really shake up and boost those motivation levels.
The studio will be used for a wide range of exercise classes. Our current members at our Chard and Highbridge centres love it! They often feed back how the unique atmosphere of the studio inspires them to continually get more from their classes. We have also started to work closely with schools and local youth groups to provide children with a new fun and interactive way to get fit, helping to bridge the gap between gaming and fitness.
"As an attraction tool it is so strong because it is so vastly different. It genuinely appeals to people who don’t have a relationship with fitness." - Tim Nightingale CEO, 1610
